Working at Hibob has been an interesting journey for me, as it's my first time staying with the same brand for so long. I was leading a new website redesign, creating a comprehensive style guide and components, and updating product assets with a new visual language.
The HiBob platform offers a central hub for all HR-related activities, featuring a comprehensive set of tools to manage employee data, payroll, benefits, time off, and performance reviews.

What I Did
I defined a new design language for a new website to better reflect the evolving brand.
strengthened the connection between brand and product, and built a scalable components library and flexible page templates.
I also created an online brand guide portal for internal teams and external vendors. In parallel, I led the structural redesign of the Home and Product pages, elevating the overall perception of the website and aligning it with the current brand direction.
These pages now showcase product capabilities through micro-animations, interactive storytelling, and clearer user flows, making it easier for visitors to understand our offering at a glance.
The Problem
The website felt outdated and disconnected from the product. It lacked real product screens, feature depth, and the ability to clearly showcase how the platform works.
The Challenge
To connect brand storytelling with the actual product, improve clarity and trust, and do so without a full website rebuild—while aligning marketing, product design, and external vendors.
